Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Diesel Marketplace ("the Service"), operated at dieselmarketplace.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Diesel Marketplace is an online platform for listing and discovering diesel trucks for sale. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not inspect, guarantee, or take ownership of any vehicle listed on the platform.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to list a vehicle or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Listings & Content

By creating a listing, you represent that you have the legal right to sell the vehicle and that all information provided is accurate. You grant Diesel Marketplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your listing content (photos, descriptions, vehicle details) on our website and social media channels for the purpose of promoting the listing.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

5. Fees & Payments

Single listings are priced at $49. Dealer subscriptions are available at $300/month (Standard) and $500/month (Premium). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your dashboard; access continues through the end of the billing period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Listing vehicles you do not own or have authority to sell
• Providing false or misleading vehicle information
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Scraping or automated access without prior written consent
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Harassing other users or Diesel Marketplace staff

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no representations about the accuracy of listings or the reliability of any seller or buyer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Diesel Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
